Juliet Erazo - Ecuadorian Amazon
Dr. Juliet Erazo obtained a Global Learning Faculty Fellowship and used the funds provided to take three undergraduate students to the Ecuadorian Amazon, where she has conducted anthropological research since 1999.

Thanks to Web Committee of the Global Indigenous Forum
Three months ago we began work on the web page for the FIU Global Indigenous Forum. It has been a team effort that has been enormously enhanced by the other GIF/GIG web committee members Rubi Hurdato, Adriana Valencia and John Lee. I greatly appreciate your time and thoughtful expertise. Thanks also goes to the faculty, students and Indigenous community representatives who have contributed information, content and news items.
