Dr. Manuel Gómez, JSM, JSD is a professor at the College of Law where he teaches international law, complex litigation, and other international and comparative law-related courses. Some of his research and teaching interests include large scale litigation in Latin America and its impact beyond the courts. For the last several years, Professor Gómez has been teaching a course primarily focused on the global dispute involving a group of indigenous peoples from the Ecuadorean Amazon and the Chevron Corporation, and has also published academic works on the topic.
