Welcome new geography faculty Dr. Genevieve Reid as she shares her life journey exploring positionality, storytelling, intergenerational knowledge transfer, empowerment, and mapping with Geographic Information Systems (GIS. She focuses on Indigenous data sovereignty, pedagogies, epistemologies, and ontologies while collaborating with youth, elders, NGOs, of the Cree in Northern Quebec and local communities in Honduras and Senegal.
